What We Do
All too often, people find that they cannot get a job, they lose their job, or they a denied credit based on incorrect information contained in a background check. Background checks are covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
We sue on behalf of victims of false background checks. We do these as individual actions and as class actions.
